Ruddington WI was founded in 1924. However, we have moved with the times and currently have a healthy membership of friendly women keen to enjoy being part of the UK's biggest women's organisation.
There are currently 28 U3As in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Ruddington Branch was founded in March 2018 and it was agreed to establish a village U3A. Since then, membership has gradually increased and several interest groups started.
This is a new society inviting members to monthly meetings, every second Wednesday in the month at 7.30pm. They encourage local artists and crafters within the village and the surrounding area.
